Approved for the product configuration, providers, jurisdictions, pricing, data flows, and document version 0.1-draft recorded in the COUNSEL_GATE block. Effective date and last updated remain July 26, 2026. Material changes require setting the gate back to review required.
How to send a notice
BrandMilo respects intellectual-property rights. If you believe content stored or published through the Service infringes your rights, send a notice to copyright@brandmilo.com containing:
- Identification of the protected work
- Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material
- Your contact information
- A statement of good-faith belief
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act
- Your physical or electronic signature
Process notes
Counter-notice handling and designated-agent requirements will be explained only after counsel confirms the applicable legal process.
