Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of BrandMilo, including the public website, software application, integrations, APIs, AI-assisted features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is provided by Eazivon, a company formed in Pakistan Province of Punjab, located at Bahria Town, Lahore, Punjab, 53720, Pakistan (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, connecting a third-party account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. You may not use the Service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so or if a third-party platform has prohibited your access.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate registration information, protect your login credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account except to the extent caused by our breach of these Terms or applicable law.

You may not share an individual account in a way that defeats plan limits or security controls. Organization administrators may manage workspace access and remove members.

Third-party platform connections

The Service may connect to Etsy, Pinterest, Meta services, TikTok, ecommerce platforms, AI providers, and other third-party services. You authorize us to access and process information from those services only to provide the features you select and according to the permissions you grant.

Your use of a third-party service remains governed by that provider’s terms, policies, account rules, permissions, rate limits, and technical availability. We do not control third-party approval, suspension, API changes, content moderation, account eligibility, or continued access.

User content and connected data

“User Content” includes product information, images, text, brand instructions, drafts, schedules, and other materials you upload, import, generate, or submit through the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and modify User Content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service, comply with your instructions, and meet legal obligations.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions required to use and publish User Content.

AI-assisted features

The Service may use artificial intelligence to create or transform content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique, or unsuitable. Output is a draft unless the product explicitly states otherwise.

You are responsible for reviewing AI output before use or publication and for verifying product claims, promotions, intellectual-property rights, disclosures, and platform compliance.

Publishing and scheduling

When you approve or schedule content, you instruct the Service to submit that content to the selected third-party account at the selected time or as soon as reasonably possible afterward.

Scheduled delivery depends on service availability, valid authorization, provider availability, rate limits, media accessibility, and the continued existence of the destination account or board. We do not guarantee exact-second delivery, reach, engagement, sales, or provider acceptance.

Acceptable use

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, security or legal risk, unpaid fees, or when a third-party integration can no longer be lawfully or technically provided.

Fees, trials, and billing

When paid plans are enabled, fees are billed according to the plan shown at purchase. International subscriptions are intended to be processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as Merchant of Record. JazzCash (Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited) and Easypaisa (Easypaisa Digital Bank Limited) are planned local payment options for Pakistan after merchant approval. Stripe is not active for Eazivon’s Pakistan entity. By purchasing, you authorize us and the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled unless otherwise stated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a written refund policy. Billing is not live until checkout is enabled.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” We do not guarantee developer-platform approval, account eligibility, content acceptance, publication success, analytics accuracy, AI accuracy, search ranking, engagement, traffic, revenue, or sales.

Liability caps, indemnity, and dispute language will be finalized with counsel using Laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and Courts of competent jurisdiction in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
