Overview
You can request disconnection of third-party accounts, deletion of selected imported data, or deletion of your full BrandMilo account. Disconnecting an integration stops future access but may not remove data already stored in your workspace.
Until in-app Settings → Integrations and Settings → Data & Privacy controls ship, use the email request path below as the primary method. Planned in-app steps are described for transparency and will match the product when those screens are available.
Request by email (primary today)
Email privacy@brandmilo.com with subject Data Deletion Request. Include account email, workspace name if known, connected platform identifiers if known, and the request type (disconnect integration, delete content, or delete account). Do not send passwords or access tokens.
These addresses are the intended BrandMilo contact channels. Mailbox and DNS delivery are not yet confirmed for every alias if a message fails, retry later or use the working channel listed on this page once configured.
Disconnect an integration (planned in-app)
When implemented, the application should revoke the token where the provider supports revocation, delete or disable stored credentials, and stop future sync or publishing jobs.
- Sign in to the BrandMilo app (locally: /app; production: https://app.brandmilo.com)
- Open Settings → Integrations (or /app/integrations during local development)
- Select Etsy, Pinterest, Meta, TikTok, or another connected service
- Choose Disconnect and confirm
Delete imported or generated content (planned in-app)
- Open Settings → Data & Privacy
- Choose the shop, social account, listing data, drafts, or publication history to remove
- Review the consequences and confirm deletion
Delete the entire account (planned in-app)
Until those screens ship, email privacy@brandmilo.com as described above.
- Open Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Account
- Reauthenticate
- Review connected integrations, scheduled content, billing, and retention notices
- Enter the confirmation phrase and confirm deletion
Data that may be retained
We may retain limited information where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, billing, dispute resolution, backups, and enforcement, as described in the Privacy Policy.
BrandMilo retains account and workspace data while an account remains active. Following a verified deletion request, data is removed from active production systems within 30 days unless continued retention is required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or legal obligations. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 35 days before automatic expiration.
Provider deauthorization and Meta deletion callbacks
When a provider sends a valid deauthorization event, BrandMilo will disable the integration, remove or revoke credentials, cancel future scheduled jobs for that integration, follow retention/deletion rules, and record a sanitized audit event.
Meta data-deletion callbacks will validate the signed request, create an auditable deletion job, return a confirmation reference in the required format, and delete or anonymize applicable records when that integration is implemented.
